Hi Jackie. I think I’m on the real thing as the tablets still taste bitter, dropped a lot of weight and my appetite is reduced. You’ve done so well to lose that amount of weight. Has it improved your diabetes results?
Hello Charles. The one thing I found was eating small meals often and taking half of a travel pill (anti-sickness) if I felt nauseous. I hope you get on with them.

Hi Martin, I found in the first week of 7mg that I felt generally lethargic and nauseous but I put it down to a drop in food intake as you just don’t feel like eating. The same goes for the 14mg. No interest in food = no energy. Lost 12lb so far so for me, the benefit outweighs the negatives...
Same issue here. By mid afternoon, I am so tired and have fallen asleep. I think, for me, it is because I don’t feel like eating because of the nausea so it becomes a vicious circle. I’m now working on eating lots of tiny bits of food throughout the day and using peppermint and ginger to help...
In the run in phase, the first 28 days of 3mg run-in was easy, the 2nd 28 days of the 7mg run-in gave me a couple of days of nausea but the 14 mg is causing me to feel dreadfully nauseous most mornings. Positive note is losing 12 lbs but have lost all interest in food, especially in the morning...
