Hiya The foods most careful would be carbohydrates We can eat anything as long as we take insulin . With changing your diet ,you don't have to you just have to count how much insulin you would need for your diet . Few answers there to get you started Hebe :)

Hiya I know exactly what you mean I can control my diabetes perfectly but it's not as simple as that.when I'm out with friends I just can't seem to do it especially when I'm of school it goes out the window :/ Hebe

You could try to think of things that haven't been done like : different view points of say parents of diabetics ,non diabetics ,family ,friends ect. Future of diabetes and how far it's come (the first insulin pump is interesting, it's like a back pack!) Good luck
