I’ve got to go back tomorrow to see how things are since two months ago. To be honest, I have been unable to think of anything else, and I am so scared of going blind.

I was just wondering… once you have treatment for diabetic macula edema, do you have to have it forever, to stop blindness occurring? Or do you just have the treatment once, and that stops it coming back? Has anyone had treatment, many years ago and now ok? Thank you.

Thank you for sharing, I am glad to hear that things are still ok for you! It’s always good to hear peoples experiences, as everything on Google is quite negative and never anything very positive. If people keep having treatment throughout their whole lives, can it stop blindness?
