    Thanks for that I'm going to have to sit down with my books and try and make notes to see what dishes I can do as alot of slimming world is pasta rice and potatoes. Think I will need a rethink.

    Hi, I have a 79 year old father in law who is currently in hospital. He is due to come home soon and it has fallen on me to make his meal, freeze them and deliver them in portion sizes. Only two problems. 1) I know nothing about cooking for a diabetic and 2) I only cook slimming world recipes...
