11/03/2021 Below target weight by 2lb (12st 3lb), BMI 24.8
19/03/2021 HBA1C 37 (using A1CNow test kit)
21/04/2021 HBA1C 39 (GP Test Result, A1CNow result on same day was 34) BMI now 24.0
07/06//2021 HBA1C 34 (using A1CNow test Kit, so probably a real 39).
21/07//2021 HBA1C 41 (GP Test Result)
20/10/2021 HBA1C 43 (GP Test Result). BMI 24.9.
30/04/2022 HBA1C 43 (GP Test Result).
Eating better and regular exercise, checking BG at least twice a day at first helped me keep BG under control. I obsess about it a bit less now, as I have an idea what does not react well with my BG, and there are no real surprises.
