    Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

    Mine was 8.7, it’s been over 8 for a few weeks it’s usually under 7 I’m stressed and over tired due to family problems, I am on medication, walk every day and eat sensibly but not on a low carb diet I am now at the stage of not caring
