Hi Rosie, firstly Welcome Just to put your mind at rest your HbA1c is not too bad at all.......lots of people with Diabetes would be delighted with that. If you have an appt this Thursday I wouldn't worry at all. Try and eat just a normal healthy diet. Fruit is always good. Just watch the bread...
