Hi, just a thought , back when I was newly diagnosed, I wasnt told to take the Metformin after meals, when the nurse asked me when I took tabs + I said altogether morn + night she asked if id been suffering Diahorrea, as this is sometimes caused by taking it before the meal + should be taken...
