vigorous gym with HIT bicycle work , as per Dr M. Mosley, 4 to 7 times per week. Some swimming. enjoy really swim sprints , now I found out they are more valuable than long distance swimming, which I never could do anyway. Just do a couple of fast lengths and then puff and pant till ready to repeat.
