I’m doing this I brought the low carb cookbook expensive but fabulous so much information in it only had to start meds because steroids for my asthma when needed put my sugars up

8.6 at 5 am but off meds for a week or two

Thanks still itching and spotty but getting there not on any diabetic meds till rash completely gone sugar levels are not to bad being very strict with diet to try to help

Has anyone else had an allergic reaction to metformin have been covered in a rash for a few days only new meds are metformin so now been taken off them
