My bloodsugars were quite low but mostly in the “preferable” zone, now when I bulk my bloodsugars have been high close to 50% of the time I’m not in the zone
Hi I have diabetes type 1 and is currently 20 years old. I have gotten quite far into "normal bodybuilding dieting" but for some reason I seemed to build way more muscle when cutting compared to when I bulked . Is there any scientific "diabetical" reason for this? and also please drop some...
