im 59,yrs old,5 feet 5inch,10 stone ,love most things in life,love walking and exploring,abandonded places!,,im a decorator handyman,can do most types of work,and very tidy at it!,,im the only one in my family history!!,with diabetes.!!!I still think it was caused by statins for cholestral?,,,ive dealt with it on my own with not a clue,,,until recently,as my sugar levels was at 21,,,,,,ive got it down to around 6.5 by eating protein and veg,,..i know I should be mixing with other people who could mbe help me.ive learnt the hard way .im going to try and go vegan?to reverse it ?
