    I have found out to my cost that hot weather can effect my diabetes quite dramatically. Diagnosed diabetic 3yrs ago (type 2 diet only) but not been this hot since diagnosed. The temp in my van (cab) regularly hits 130 degrees F during the day and I spend 60% of the day in it. No air con just...
