    One week in, i'm a newbie type 2 and have no idea where to start.

    I just got here too. Diagnosed with type 2 on Thursday. I'm right of the middle of the morbidly obese BMI curve. My head is spinning from all the different information I have to take in. I expect yours is too. This lot seem like a nice bunch - they should help us find what suits us best.
