    Hi I’m new. Excuse me joining your conversation, but I’ve just been told I’m pre-diabetic, with an HbA1c score of 44! Means nothing to me - but it sounds good from what you are saying! Can you enlighten me, please?

    Hi I’ve been told I’m pre-diabetic, too. My reading is 44mmol/mol. Anyone know what that means? Is it very bad, not so bad or easily sorted! I’m about to start the Fast 800 diet to get rid of my extra weight
