Went to the doc today bout my dead arm. Turns out i got the big needle inserted in my deltoid muscle in my arm instead of higher up.
One to watch out for.
We are supposed to inform the dvla if we have more than one hypo a year?
Is there a diabetic on this forum who does not have at least one hypo a year?
And do we all inform the dvla?
Sorry for the confusion.
When i say "I came round but over a week later i still have a dead arm where i got the jag." i mean i came round, and then totally sperate to that over a week later i still have a dead arm.
The jag did go into my muscle which i think has caused the problem.
Had a bad hypo a week ago in which i suffered a siezure causing me to bite my tongue and collapse to the floor after trying to get up.
Anyway an ambulance was called and he gave me the big needle in my arm after some glucose gel in my throat didn't do the job.
I came round but over a week...
