I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2019 and was controlling it with diet and exercise. Since lockdown I have become more unmotivated and consequently my hba1c has increased and I have now been prescribed Metformin.
Determined to get back on track and have started a carb free diet, no alcohol and daily exercise.
