Grown up with my parents boiling syringes with needles that wouldn't look out of place on a harpoon.After years of daily injections once a day, twice a day, five times and then six times a day, now on an insulin pump. Best thing ever. Can ski/mountain bike/ road bike and fell walk for hours without hypos.
