hi all good news iv had b/s in the single figures most of this week also been sleeping very well as i changed my diet this week lost 5lb and d/b nurse changed me on to levemir from the lantus 12 units in the morning 12 @ night feeling good :D :D :D

hi kerion :D it good but not to hear some 1 is going through the same ... as me last to mornings my b/s has been getting better with readings of 10.1 and today 11.1 so getting there iv changed my deit not eatting as much ****.. never the less to say yesturday tea time i was 8.2 and felt great...

To alaska i will try that thanks for the advice :D Now to helen when i was 1st diagosed they put me on metformin and diet which i belived was t2 after 4 months my levles got so out of control they said i was t1 insulin dependent i have also been having hypo's in my sleep and having to get up...

carbsrok... gud for u that u have sorted things out i have no problems with injecting nor any fear of neddles as in covered in tattoos before i started taken insulin i was on metiformin and diet i dropped to about 12 stone from 13.5 stone a started the insulin in my 2011 and im about 14 stone...
