    High blood sugar reading in the morning.

    Hi I have been diagnosed as T2 diabetes since July.2022. My blood sugar readings were improving but recently they are not as good. I haven't changed what I am eating. My fasting readings are always quite high. Ranging from 8 - 12. I feel stress is probably a factor .

    My fasting reading has increased from 8 to 12 recently but I am feeling quite stressed at the present time.
