Yumm thanks for the hints and tips, I also use a small amount of oats when making burgers of any sort, oats are my new best friend since diagnosis. jak

Re: Type 2's : What was your fasting blood glucose in a morn I broke the 7 barrier today with a 6.9 which is down from 8.4 in two months since being diagnosed. Hope to get it to the levels that are acceptable all round so that I dont need to medicate yet. jak
