I was classed as 'no longer diabetic' only after a combination of non-diabetic results from finger prick, hba1c and oral glucose tolerance tests.

Thanks both. In hindsight it was a bit of a silly question haha! I'm aware of all the guideline numbers, so a bit of very simple maths would've told me that 2-3 points is really what I should be aiming for.

Is there an ideal difference between pre and post prandial? I know at 2 hours you want under 7.7 or so, but obviously that doesn't take your BS number from before eating into account.
I'm sure I've seen figures before but for the life of me can't remember where.
