I have not been diagnosed with diabetes but have been taking my blood sugar levels first thing in the morning for a month now. They range from 6.9 (lowest) to 8.5 (highest). Do you think I should see a doctor about this or is this ok? I already have hypertension which is controlled by 4 tablets...
