    byetta, good or bad?

    I was put onto Byetta back in November and was also still taking insulin, albeit reduced by half. Unfortunately I had a severe reaction to the byetta and stopped taking it. It seems a very good drug, but nfortunately the side effect is nausea. I persevered for 1 month and felt really rubbish...

    Headache on waking up

    Sorry to be a pain - I am Type 2 diabetic, taking gliclazide (3 tabs a day) and 54 units of insulin at bedtime ( had a very bad reaction to Metformin and couldn't stomach Byetta.)
