I'm a podiatrist so although personally I am lucky to not have neuropathy at present, I do treat patients on a regular basis with neuropathy.

You are already doing one of the best things and that is maintaining good blood sugar level control. Neuropathy is made worse and progresses quicker with poor control.
It unfortunately doesn't help to reverse the neuropathy but good control should help to stop it progressing as quickly...
Really does depend on the hotel some travelodges have been recently done up and are on par with premier inn. Also stayed at a Travelodge that had a bar in the hotel which was a first normally it's a restaurant attached.

We use both these hotels frequently and would say premier inn. Most times breakfast isn't included so costs you extra although sometimes you get a Travelodge that includes a continental breakfast in price.
