What is LCHF? I’m going to the doctor the first time today to talk about my test scores. My A1C was 10.4 a few weeks ago. I do not want to go on insulin! I am wondering if there is something else besides insulin.

Antje Thanks. Good to know. I did get AC1 test At my gynecologist office and it came back 10.4. But they didn’t send it to my GP. So I’ll carry my blood work it with me. I am going to read the highlighted for others that you said. What to ask at the clinic I think will be especially helpful...

Thanks. I just called my doctor. I was due for a appointment next Monday but when I told her that my blood was at 517 last night I’m coming in at four today. I just opened up my bloodwork and it says my A1C is 10.4 This is all new to me and I have to admit that I’m a little frightened
