I was finishing my usual 18hr fast and someone checked my BG right after snacking (about 10mins). My BG was 3.8 and so ended up buying an accucheck nano and after eating I got 6.4.
I'm gonna keep a check but it warrant a GP vist right away or keep checking over the next 7 days?
