What happens in Mysugr is it finds the device after I hold down the power button on the accucheck. Then I click to connect and I click "Next" to enter a PIN code. At this point no pin code prompt appears and instead it says "Sorry we could not connect your device"

I'm doing it through the app, if I try via the phones bluetooth no device is seen. You mean on the accucheck itself? I have no idea how to do this...
