Hi Thank u. I can't go too low in carb, when I have that low bs I stay under 4. With very little carb it doesn't go back up at all. But it changes all the time! It's really difficult to keep track. At the momant my bs are not that low so I try to do low carb. Hope we all start well in the new...

Hi Kaz261 there are urine test stripes where u see are u in ketoses or not. Is that how you check Nosher or is there a other way?

Hey Linagirl thank u, yes they got tested a few times. They did say they are good! I know it is a tricky thing all symptoms could be lots of things! My last years TSH was 1.74mlU/L, this years TSH 1.21mlU/L. How are u doing?

Hi Derek Thank u for your information. It is interesting how everyone is so different. And still we have so much commen things. It does help to test with people who do understand and sit in the same boat.

Hi I get that. Normally I wouldn't have to burb at all! But lately I do get that for 2to 3 days where I have to burb a lot . From normal food, not fizzy drinks at all! Also indigestion and hardburn for few days or a week after that it settles back to normal!
