Aldi do have very low carb chocolate which I occasionally eat when I I have a crave for chocolate bout you need to count the carbs. Their sugar free Dominion sweets also contain a small amount of carbs so ok ocassionally. Quite good to take on airoplanes to replace the sweets they sometimes offer.

I have neuropathy in my feet, such that I have lost most of the feeling and can no long drive, it is has not been as painful as yours although the cramps and pins and needles have been very troublesome in the past, disturbing sleep. But since taking duloxetine I only get the occasional cramps night.

I have neuropathy and I too take Duloxetine but Only 30mg which certainly helps with the cramps, numbness and tingling and the disturbed sleep. I really sleep well now at night. I have had type 1 for 42 years.

I have had similar problems with Levimir flex pens and chemist returned to manufacturer but no info receved. I also found that they were more reliable if kept in fridge between injections.
