    Hgv driver lunch ideas???

    My husband is type 2 diabetic and i really struggle with his lunches and snacks. He is a HGV driver and a plain and fussy eater, does anybody have ideas for somebody who loves his white bread and biscuits but hates pasta, rice and the good food????
