I had a very strict week and lost 4lbs and dipped below 17st at 16st 13.6 lbs.
I just eyeballed my food and didn’t weigh anything, which is a big step forward as well.
Same as you Ian. Trying to get into the 16st somethings.
My 88 grams of carbs yesterday came from;
Almonds
pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
90% lindt dark chocolate.
mixed frozen berries
fage plain 5% yoghurt.
various above ground vegetables, including small portion of roast butternut squash.

Up .8 of a lb for me to 17st 4lbs.
Eye balled my food this week instead of weighing and calorie counting.
So not too disappointed with a small increase.
