    Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) and feeling cold

    I have lost 50lbs and feel the cold a lot more. Wearing t shirt fleece and hoodie on top despite heating being on at 20c. sis in law only yesterday said she is having same symptoms after weight loss.

    Down 2.4lbs to 16st 12.8.lbs. My target is to lose 1 lb a week over a year. Currently 18lbs down in last 17 weeks.

    I had a very strict week and lost 4lbs and dipped below 17st at 16st 13.6 lbs. I just eyeballed my food and didn’t weigh anything, which is a big step forward as well.

My 88 grams of carbs yesterday came from; Almonds pumpkin and sunflower seeds. 90% lindt dark chocolate. mixed frozen berries fage plain 5% yoghurt. various above ground vegetables, including small portion of roast butternut squash. 1/2...

    Down 2 lbs this week. 17st 2.6lbs. Counting Calories and eating between 50 - 70 grams of carbs, seems to work. But hard work at that!

    Great results guys. Up .8 of a lb for me to 17st 4lbs. Eye balled my food this week instead of weighing and calorie counting. So not too disappointed with a small increase.
