    Soups and stews please

    I made a very good soup for lunch today, celeriac and leek. It was really filling and delicious, plus very low carb. just 1 celeriac and 2 leeks sautéed in butter and oil for ten mins until soft, then add a litre of water with a chicken stockpot, a white wine stockpot, s&p and cook for 20 mins...
