My daughter has had diabetes mellitus for 11 years now.
I once was her pancreas and sometimes continue to be, now and then.
She was 3yrs old when diagnosed so I know how hard it is.
When I hear parents feeling so sad it reminds me of how I was.
It's ok to cry, it's ok to think 'why my child'.
