Didn't really manage it well for nearly a decade! Now, apparently, "in remission" after a year of change!
HbA1c: (08/15) 60/7.7%, (02/17) 106/11.8%, (07/17) 33/5.2%
Weight: c. 110kg for years, now down to c 100kg and falling. BMI just over 30.
Total cholesterol: 4.2, HDL 1.2, Total:HDL ratio 3.6
