Hello I am new to this site. I saw an episode on Drive-ins- Diners and Dives. It was about a restaurant in Arizona. They featured a Chorizo made from a vegetable . Did anyone see the show on this. Guy said it was the best and tasted just like the real thing. Thank you Joe
