Hi my 7 year old granddaughter is newly diagnosed type 1, she is due a 15 carb snack after dinner but she is wanting 35 carbs, if I was to give her the 35 carbs should I insulin her on 35 carbs or insulin her on 20 carbs.(minus the 15 carbs for snack) Any advice would be helpful regards Joe
