I just don't know why I should go back and pay him more money to tell me if I could take 1000mg
Whats the worst that could happen if I take 1000mg? yesterday I took 500mg mid day and 500mg in the night and I am still alive.
Guys do you think I could take 2X 500mg Metforming without consulting my doctor?
Reason i ask is because in my country I get 60 free metforming 500mg a month so I end up throwing out 30 every month. I assume they give me 60 a month because thats what most people use?
Do I have to go back to...
Thanks dude I am gonna try what you have suggested here.
I must attempt what the scientist said, it certainly worked with his patients so I think I have a good shot at it, there is only one way to know if I can reverse this type 2, I got nothing to lose so gonna give it a hard try.
The good...
Ooh i see, ok I understand what you are saying now.
Do you know what readings my BG should be?
its 140 when I wake up, somehow sleeping raises it. If I exercise a lot doing 2 hours of farming work in the garden on evenings I can be around 140 readings post meal 2 hours.
If I don't exercise...
What is even worse is I have high blood pressure and the doctor believes I suffered a minor heart attack at age 29 based on what I told him when I collapsed one day and my pressure was 250/140 since then its under control with Atenolol beta blocker and I have become active since and I do feel...
That sounds as bad as cancer, ***!!
Is it possible to be in neither? that is living as healthy as anyother person who doesn't have diabetes? If I had to be in either I would prefer to be dead, who would want to live blind? that is insane.
So avoiding the medicine that stimulates the pancreas to produce more insulin may not prevent Type 1? I always thought Type 1 was because that medicine burns out the pancreas. So its very possible that I may end up on Type 1 at anytime? WOW I had better not reproduce so I can spare the offspring...
What do you guys think about this?

he has to be correct? that he reversed type 2 diabetes for all those people with the 600 calorie a day diet? surely he is credible? offcourse one has to wonder how long can you survive on 600 calories a...
no its not cool but its the reality, I know people who are fat and 55 years and do NOT have any problems, I know others eat what they want and never put on any weight and are naturally slim no matter what or how much they eat.
The whole master race idea was selecting perfect candidates I am...
The sad thing is my brother isn't even fat and he got diabetes at 32 years old aswell and he is a pretty active fella
Stupid family has terribad genetics, at times like this I understand why Hitler tried to create the master race. Sigh...
Alright it seems that I have to give up the bread and rice, so I have no choice but to plant my own food now. What a bummer not being able to eat bread again.....
Wish there was never a thing like diabetes so sad I got this at 30 years old
I have a question what about eating my bread but...
I could get it free, that is not the issue infact I get it free every month but I do not take it because it will burn out my pancreas.
I have opted to increase my daily exercise and eat less so I could avoid that dangerous drug.
I have to eat bread I have no choice its the only affordable...
my sugar average reading after I eat is around 200 for post meal I guess this is too high.
The only way I get it around 150 post meal is if I do lots of exercise which IMO I prefer because I do have to rely on bread as my staple food.
