Remember, when injecting Bydureon, you are injecting a suspension, not a liquid. That's why you get little nodules under the skin where you inject. These gradually disappear in time and never caused me any irritation. One word of warning - don't massage the nodules in the hope it will make them...

I've been on Bydureon for a few months now - it had little effect on BS levels until around 6 weeks but now is very effective in keeping levels down. You've got to be patient and let its effectiveness build up, like it says in the accompanying literature. I've had side-effects - indigestion...

I've been on Bydureon since April. Metformin and sitagliptin etc, weren't having the desired effect, so my diabetes nurse recommended trying Bydureon. Didn't have a problem with injecting myself - the literature with the injection kits is very clear if you follow the instructions carefully...
