Morrisons do a low carb bread [emoji506] it’s the one I but nd allowance is no more than 4 slices a day. Sandwich sorted.

The only low carbs I’ve found is Morrisons Lc wholemeal bread as for convenience meals, I don’t I cook from scratch using fresh produce [emoji4]
