60+ yo male, type 2 for 10 years using insulin and freestyle libre.

All tablets and medicines are a trade off, you just hope the tabs have much less side effects than your symptoms. If not then perhaps you should question it.

Sorry bit obvious I know but check all connection setttings ie Bluetooth etc check your phones drive is not too full if still not working uninstall and reinstall, then it's contact support as previously mentioned. Hope that helps.
