I am a moderately healthy person - I exercise, eat well, take vitamins, sleep enough and have no real stress in my life...however, I constantly seem to get ill. I most commonly get tonsillitis, the flu, general coughs, colds and headaches and UTIs. I am a healthy weight and so my doctor thinks I may have type 1 diabetes. Would love to get some advice to see if this is likely?? Also, would appreciate some explanation as to what happens next if it is positive and I do have T1 diabetes? Message me, post on the wally-bit - I don't mind! Please just get in touch if you have any advice or thoughts at all! Thanks, Jordan xx
