That's such a good idea! Thanks! I may do that as I drank alcohol last night which I very rarely do because it makes me get ill, and have woken up cold, pale, shakey, sicky and extrmely weak:( what counts as too high or too low??

That sounds about right, I have always drank loads and so - peed loads! I wear glasses and my weight kinda bounces? I am always constipated so it can really vary but I do eat alot of rubbish and not put on as much weight as I should :( and I am always sleeping! Thanks for the info!:')
