Hi Martyb I would think that home made vege sugar free jam would have quite a market, maybe you should discuss this with your local food shop\megastore! Only kidding as said previously, use fake gelatin and fake sugar i dunno if it will look exactly like jam but i bet it willl taste scrummy...
