Oh and I exercise 4-5 times a week for 30-45 minutes but I do piddle in the flower garden quite a bit.

Same for me...stretching, tonic water, and muscle relaxers. Well, here I am at almost 2:30am wide awake with muscle cramps. I also stay really hydrated. I don't think there is anything the doctors can do. :( Thanks for replying. It's nice to know I'm not alone. Julianne
