    Prediabetes Pre diabetic

    Hi I'm 37 years old man. I checked blood sugar just 1 hour after meal & found 8.6 & again checked after 2 hours and found 7.4. My question is that is it already diabetic? Or risk for diabetes? Pls advise. Amiya Bose
