Hi everyone. I know this is a really dumb question and something that should be obvious to all diabetics, but I'm really having difficulty figuring out how many units to inject every time I have a snack or meal. I really don't know what I'm supposed to be looking out for on food labels...

excellent, thankyou. Just out of interest, do you have the LANTUS pre-filled pen? The one that you use and then dispose. That's the one I have, and I really don't like the pen. It's so stiff and awkward, and the lever thing always needs to be pushed down really hard. :evil:
