Hi, I have lots of health issues besides type2 diabetes. I have osteo arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Obstructive Sleep apnoea, Kidney disease and IBS. Just shoot me now.
I do next to no exercise and mainly sit at my PC or in bed due to fatigue. I only see my Diabetes nurse twice a year and have been on the same medication for about 3 years. Never been referred to a hospital either. I really dont think they care! I have recently found this site and hope I can "Self Manage" with the research I do on here. Feeling very low at the moment as I am all over the place with sugar levels and no help given at the doctors,.
