my GAD antibodies were negative ive been having hypo after hypo and now my insulin has reduced im still having hypos im gping for a synacthen test tomorrow... ive never heard of a young type 2 so i thought MODY might be an option to look at

is there a chance i may have this type of diabetes? i was diagnosed at 17 (13 year ago) as type 1 but now doctors think i may have type 2 due to antibody test, they came back negative im left in limbo now till end of march has anybody had the same trouble?

i also have to have a Synacthen Test done :/

i was on 52 lantus 32 humalog 44 humalog im now currently taking 34 lantus 16 humalog 24 humalog i am still reducing cos of lows

the antibody was GAD which was negative i was tested cos of the severe hypos and having a massive insulin reduction in such a short space of time ive never heard of LADA or MODA im currently taking lantus and humalog if i am either of them will this change? thankyou for your reply
