when I saw DC last my blood was 17.8 she did not seem concerned just said I hhavd to eat breakfast hbc1 up from 84 to 89 again she wasn't bothered its madness she don't seem to listen

How do I do profile am over weight I guess 16 stone but every time see diabetic nurse I am lossing 4_6 pounds so guess that's good my diet is not great but have cut out sweets cakes biscuits ect can't eat spicy food as allergic to most but finding diet hard as what to eat
